Julia Rusanovsky

violin

was born in Amsterdam. When she was four years old she started playing the violin and later she was admitted to the Young Talent department of the Conservatory of Amsterdam.

Julia loves to perform recitals and in 2018 she played solo in the recital hall of the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.
In addition to soloing, Julia is active in the chamber music world and orchestral performance.
She is actively performing in the Netherlands and abroad with Trio Rusanovsky.

Together with well-known pianist, conductor and owner of the New Amsterdam Orchestra Stephan Geusebroek, Julia is performing live-stream concerts as a piano/violin duo. She also has worked and recorded music with and for several Dutch famous singers like Marco Borsato, Waylon Bijkerk, Gordon Heuckeroth and many more. Also you can see Julia coming by on the TV in programs like Holland's Got Talent and various tv commercials.
 Julia plays on a beautiful Italian Camilli violin from 1738.

 

Arthur Rusanovsky

solo violin

 

is ArteVita's young talented soloist. Born in Amsterdam, he started playing the violin at the age of five years old. Later on Arthur studied with Ilya Grubert at the Conservatory of Amsterdam.

He completed his Master of Music cum laude at the Universität der Künste in Berlin with Mark Gothoni. He has also taken classes with Ida Haendel, Vadim Brodski, Igor Ozim, Shmuel Ashkenasi, Zakhar Bron and Ana Chumachenco.

As a soloist he played with the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, the Magdeburgische Philharmonie, Holland Symphonia, Jenaer Philharmonie, Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra Alphons Diepenbrock, Amstelveen Symphony Orchestra and the Kennemer Youth Orchestra.
Arthur is first prize winner of the Princess Christina Competition, laureate of the TONALi Grand Prix in Hamburg, winner of the Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now E.V. in Berlin, laureate of the Ibolyka-Gyarfas competition, finalist of the evening of the young musician and prize winner of the Iordens Violin Days.

Arthur is part of “TONALi”, a Hamburg-based agency dedicated to popularizing classical music among young people. He thinks it is important that young people come into contact with classical music as well.
